The First Steps After an OUI Arrest

Preserve Evidence

Videos, etc. that may be deleted if no action is immediately taken.  

Diary the Events

Make a diary of the events that transpired, the events just happened and your memory is the freshest it will be.  

Avoid Media Platforms

Stay off of Social Media or avoid sending messages to anyone, which could be taken out of context and used against you at trial.
