The First Steps After an OUI Arrest
Posted In: OUI/DUIIf you have been arrested or charged with Driving a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs in Massachusetts, your next decision will likely be the most important decision you make following your entire ordeal. There are many attorneys who will give you the runaround, secure your business, and fail to protect your rights. Our firm, Eden Rafferty, Attorneys at Law not only offers the knowledge and experience, but we are fearless of going to trial. A police officer has accused you of breaking the law, however, they have the burden of proving beyond a reasonable doubt, that you indeed broke it. We litigate cases constantly, forcing the accusers to face you eye to eye, one more time, this time with knowledge and protection.
