Joseph Roche

Attorney Joseph Roche heads the Probate and Family Law Division at Eden Rafferty. Attorney Roche has concentrated his practice on family law matters for over fifteen years, handling domestic relations matters including complex high net-worth divorce matters, child custody, alimony, child support, and modifications.  Attorney Roche has handled thousands of matters before the Probate & Family Courts throughout the Commonwealth. Attorney Roche approaches each case with a practical minded approach, driven to zealously advocate for his clients and utilizing his extensive experience in domestic relations cases to advocate for solutions that will assist his clients in moving forward in their lives.

Attorney Roche is recognized as one of the best Family Law attorneys in the Commonwealth, having been awarded a Super Lawyer designation from Thomson Reuters for seven (7) consecutive years.  He regularly appears in Probate & Family Courts throughout the Commonwealth, representing clients from all walks of life, all social circles, and various stations. Attorney Roche lives in Worcester County with his wife and three children. When he isn’t at the office, he can be found on the soccer fields of Central Massachusetts. Attorney Roche is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts – Amherst, and Suffolk University School of Law. He’s a member of the Worcester County Bar Association, and has presented seminars for the National Business Institute.
